Job Overview: 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive / Sr. Executive – MICE Sales Support to assist our MICE sales team in managing day-to-day client requirements, preparing proposals, and ensuring timely coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the MICE or travel industry and a passion for delivering top-tier service support. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support the MICE Sales team in responding to client inquiries and preparing customized proposals. 
  • Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, airlines, and vendors to obtain best rates, availability, and itinerary options. 
  • Prepare detailed costings, quotations, and presentations for domestic and international MICE programs. 
  • Assist in maintaining a database of vendors, partners, and MICE destinations. 
  • Manage pre-sales documentation and ensure timely follow-up on leads and client requirements. 
  • Collaborate with internal departments (ticketing, visa, and finance, operations) to streamline processes. 
  • Support in compiling MIS reports, sales trackers, and performance dashboards. 
  • Stay updated with latest offers, new destinations, and industry trends. 
  • Ensure excellent coordination and communication with both clients and vendors to support event success.
