Easy Payment Process

Hold and Pay later

When processing a flight booking, if you are not fully decided and unable to settle for the right selection, you can choose the hold now and pay later option. This is an airline-specific feature that allows you to keep your booking on hold for the next 24 hours, so you can decide whether you would like to go ahead with the booking or not. While the selected option will remain on hold, you can go back and do thorough research on airlines, compare their prices, check the schedule and the facilities provided on-board.

Refund Claim

You can claim a refund from WMTC under two conditions:

• If the airline directly cancels the flight. In this case, you are entitled to a full refund.
• If the passenger has cancelled his flight directly with the airline. In this case of the refund claim, the airline and WMTC will charge the same amount of penalty.

To claim your refund you need to log in and go to the My Bookings page. Select the claim refund option from the dashboard. Simply, click on claim refund and check the flight for which you want the refund. Pick the reason for your claim and check the refund details, followed by the click on ‘submit'.

You can also claim a refund for just one passenger in bookings having more than one passenger. Check the passenger details and cancel the flight ticket.

It is recommended to check the best fares for your destination using WMTC’s low fare price chart. For instance, if you are planning to fly to London from New Delhi, you can check the price calendar for an average rate for all days of the month.

The rates are listed for the subsequent 7 months from the month of your booking. It will help you with better price comparison find the month in which the fares are more economical. Selecting the fare and date, you can directly land on the booking page for the chosen flight; so you can shortly proceed to make your booking, which is the best part of this feature.

Multi-city Bookings

We offer multi-city flight booking wherein you can choose from domestic to international or all domestic or a combination of domestic and international cities. Travel Assistance and Insurance

While making your bookings with WMTC, you can add travel assistance and insurance to your ticket. It secures your journey. Domestic travellers below the age of 70 can avail this service. Having this coverage, you can raise a claim for trip cancellation, loss of baggage, flight delay, medical emergency, roadside and medical assistance among others. For this add-on, you would be required to pay a minor amount per ticket.

Add-on Service Request

Besides the above-mentioned services for your air ticket bookings with WMTC, you also get additional choices in services, like requests for adding meals, adding baggage and selecting seats. For the meal option, you can select the preferred category to avail it on board. The add baggage option let you choose excess baggage by declaring the additional expense at the time of booking.
