Job Overview:
We are hiring a highly experienced and customer-focused Manager / Sr. Manager – FIT Sales to drive our individual travel business. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of customized travel planning, excellent destination expertise, and the ability to deliver premium travel experiences. This role is suited for someone with a proven sales record and strong relationship management skills in the B2C or B2B2C travel segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the FIT (Free Independent Traveller) vertical, both domestic and international.
- Handle end-to-end customer travel requirements including itinerary planning, costing, quotations, and conversions.
- Manage high-value clients by providing bespoke travel experiences tailored to their preferences and budgets.
- Collaborate with suppliers, DMCs, hotels, and internal operations teams to ensure service excellence.
- Stay updated with global travel trends, destinations, airline offers, visa norms, and hotel promotions.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, lead conversion, and revenue generation from inquiries.
- Maintain CRM and MIS reports for leads, bookings, and customer feedback.
- Work closely with marketing to design offers and campaigns for lead generation.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral business.
- Train and guide junior team members in sales techniques and destination knowledge.
