Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MICE Sales Manager / Senior Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE). The ideal candidate will possess a strong network in the corporate travel segment and have proven success in selling MICE services at a national or international level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve MICE revenue targets.
- Generate new business leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients from corporate and institutional sectors.
- Manage end-to-end MICE proposals – from inquiry, pitching, costing, and presentation to final closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, contracting, and finance to ensure smooth event execution.
- Negotiate and finalize deals with clients and vendors, ensuring profitability and compliance.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging destinations to create new MICE opportunities.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to build brand visibility and expand reach.
- Maintain detailed MIS and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to management.
