Job Overview:

We are seeking an innovative and well-connected Manager – Product Development & Trade Relations to lead the design, development, and expansion of travel products while building strong trade partnerships. The ideal candidate will have deep destination knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of industry trends and customer preferences across FIT, GIT, and MICE segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development:
  • Identify and curate new travel destinations, experiences, and products tailored for different customer segments (FIT, GIT, MICE). 
  • Build competitive and innovative itineraries including hotels, sightseeing, activities, and local experiences. 
  • Conduct regular product benchmarking, competitor analysis, and market research to enhance offerings. 
  • Liaise with international and domestic DMCs, hotel chains, and activity providers for to build the product and value-added services. 
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to package and launch new products. 
  • Ensure product profitability, standardization, and service quality across offerings. 
  • Regularly update product catalogs, rate sheets, and destination guides. 
Trade Relations:
  • Build and manage strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, consortia, and channel partners. 
  • Conduct destination/product training sessions, webinars, and partner meets. 
  • Negotiate commercial terms, promotional deals, and incentive structures with trade partners. 
  • Attend travel exhibitions, B2B roadshows, and trade fairs to represent the brand and build network. 
  • Monitor performance of trade partners and ensure high engagement and conversion.
