Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Manager / Sr. Manager – International Operations to lead and streamline our outbound operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of international travel programs including FIT, GIT, and MICE movements. This role demands strong vendor management, itinerary planning, and crisis handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the seamless execution of international travel itineraries across MICE, FIT and GIT segments.
- Coordinate with global DMCs, hotels, transport providers, and local partners for all bookings and on-ground arrangements.
- Ensure timely confirmations, accurate documentation, and smooth communication with suppliers and clients.
- Review and finalize itineraries in coordination with the sales and product teams.
- Monitor budgets, service quality, and travel logistics for every movement.
- Handle escalations and resolve on-ground issues during travel in real-time.
- Ensure compliance with visa, insurance, and travel regulation requirements for each destination.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate for the best service levels and pricing.
- Track customer feedback and ensure continuous process improvements.
- Train and mentor junior operations executives to ensure process efficiency and service excellence.
- Maintain MIS, reports, and documentation for audits, billing, and reconciliations.
